Kunbi Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha’s Khed-Mumbai established the Tukaram Baburao Kadam College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Bharne-Khed was established on June 2004. The college is affiliated to University of Mumbai. Initially, our college got approval to start Arts and Science Branch in June 2004. After that, considering the need for information technology opportunities, we started Computer Science Department in 2007. Also, considering the inconvenience of Commerce students in Khed area, the recognition of Commerce branch has been obtained from Mumbai University in 2011. It is located in hilly, remote and economically backward rural area of the district of Ratnagiri rigion Maharashtra.
This college is a golden opportunity of higher education for the students of Khed area. For more than ten years the college has been doing great work for many generations. Our colleges have around one thousand students studying in four branches namely BA, B. Com, B.Sc., B.Sc.-Computer Science. Similarly, in our college in 2018 Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik recognized for Postgraduate course M. Com. Also, many Certificate courses are started. The college has been making remarkable achievements in field of arts, sports and culture at university level for many years. Various activities are carried out at the college level give scope to the various students
By looking at these goals, it will never be forgotten that we are also bound to serve for the society in our capacity. For last few decades, T. B. Kadam College has attempted at its best for the betterment of different sectors of the society by extending co-operation at its best. The trend will be continued and made wider in the coming days. Specifically, for the women betterment, we will try to extend our a special co-operation. It will surely help to strengthen the relation bonds between college and society by all means.
